Community Resources

Think Globally act Locally

It often feels like the world is an isolating, greedy, and hopeless place. Most people long for connection, mutual care, and meaningful community and contribution. We carry deep concern for justice, but the pressure to do everything all at once can lead to hopelessness, shutdown, or burnout.

Real change comes from sustained, collective effort — and that starts with small, intentional acts: learning, donating, uplifting marginalized voices, joining local efforts, or showing up in your neighbors and community for joys and sorrows. It doesn’t have to be perfect or big. Small steps matter.

Below, you’ll find resources on mutual aid, community projects, theoretical materials, and the ideas and frameworks that shape my practice. I feel strongly about free and accessible information and connecting community together. Healing happens when we show up for each other.

Definitions belong to the definers, not the defined.
