Supervision

Great supervision is a transformative journey that empowers, enlightens, and enriches both the supervisee and the supervisor. My supervision approach is compassionate and supportive, focusing on nurturing your development.

I provide a safe place for guidance, feedback, tools, and support to help you navigate complex cases, explore therapeutic techniques, address ethical concerns, and process emotions from this work. The supervision space encourages examining mistakes as causes for growth by using reflection, exploring assumptions, and cultivating new skills. Supervision is a collaborative partnership built on trust, respect, and empathy, where learning flows freely in both directions.

I bring experience from both community mental health and private practice, offering supervision with a strong grounding in ethics, documentation, and professional development (including support around insurance navigation and business building). I provide supervision for associates working toward licensure as well as for licensed clinicians who want to deepen skills, pursue new modalities, or gain consultation on complex cases.

I have particular competency in working with children (11+), teens, moms, and families, as well as domestic violence survivors supporting caregivers, and those navigating school systems. My areas of extensive experience in body liberation, LGBTQ+ and trans populations, neurodiversity (ADHD and autism), kink, sex, and polyamory.
