Therapy Support Group

Crafting Circle: Fiber Arts

Where creativity meets connection

Feeling overwhelmed, experiencing digital overload, or struggling with disconnection? You’re not alone. This 6-week therapeutic support group offers a gentle space to slow down, connect, and explore themes of community, connection, friendship, interdependence, and of course creation and creativity.

Through fiber arts and crafts like cross-stitch, embroidery, knitting, crocheting, hand sewing, mending, or any portable art, we create room for presence and shared connection.

No experience is needed. Come as you are. Cute mini cross-stitch kits are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own project.

Each group shapes its own themes and agreements, building a safe, supportive, and inclusive space. Together, we hold values of respect, kindness, and collective care, ensuring this circle remains free from harmful or exclusionary language.
