Crafting Circle

Support Group

Where creativity meets connection!

This 8-week therapeutic support group is designed for anyone feeling overwhelmed and disconnected or simply longing for gentle community. Through crafting and creation — cross-stitch, embroidery, mending, knitting, or any portable craft — we make space for presence, reflection, and shared connection.

You don’t need to be “good at art” or know how to stitch — just come as you are. I’ll provide simple cross-stitch supplies for those who’d like them, or you’re welcome to bring your own project.

Each cohort helps shape the group’s themes and agreements, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in care. We hold shared values of respect, inclusion, and collective well-being. Hateful or harmful language has no place here. Together, we create a space rooted in kindness, accountability, and shared humanity.

To care for each other’s health, please stay home if you’re feeling sick and inform me of any exposures. Masks are welcome but not mandated.
